Bonnie Kay Mitchell, age 73, of Princeton, KY, passed away Thursday, January 30, 2020 at Mercy Health Hospital in Paducah. She worked at Arvin Industries with pipes and mufflers and previously worked at Hilltop Nursing Home in Kuttawa. She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by two daughters, Kathy McWaters and husband, Sam, of Ashland City, TN, Vickie Wright and husband, Pat, of Princeton; two sons, Leslie Mitchell of Princeton, Michael Ray Mitchell of Princeton; three sisters, Mary Bryson of Arnold, MO, Betty Gordon of Indianapolis, IN, Linda Driver of Draffenville, KY; fifteen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, Byron Sherman and Cumilla Imogene (Oliver) Lantrip; son, Robert Lee Mitchell, Jr.; two sisters, Gladys Marie Sims, Mamie Allen; brother, Ronnie Ray Lantrip, Sr.; two grandchildren, Megan Ray Mitchell, Matthew Austin Hall.
Visitation will be held at Morgan’s Funeral Home on Sunday, February 2, 2020 from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be held at Morgan’s Funeral Home on Monday, February 3, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Jim Lantrip officiating. Burial will follow in Eddy Creek Church Cemetery in Caldwell County.
