Gregory Wayne Lindley, affectionately known as Greg to his friends and loved ones, passed away at Mercy Health Lourdes on August 15, 2024. Born on April 20, 1971, to Diane Lindley and the late Joe Lindley, Greg was a beacon of light and wisdom to all who knew him. Greg was of the Baptist faith, and a member of Olivet Baptist Church.
After graduating Heath High School in 1989, Greg achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Kentucky. His leadership and vision were evident as he went on to be the proud owner/operator of Pro-Con Supply. His most recent achievement was serving as CEO of his family business, JLIN Corporation/Multivibe.
In his free time, Greg had a passion for the great outdoors and the competitive spirit of sports. Whether it was playing a round of golf, cheering on the UK Wildcats, or enjoying a St. Louis Cardinals game, he found joy in the camaraderie and excitement of the game.
Known for his intelligence, thoughtfulness, and loving nature, Greg will be profoundly missed by those he leaves behind: his adoring mother Diane; his cherished daughter Samantha; his beloved maternal grandfather Albert Yates; his true love and soulmate Stacey Davenport; and his cherished dog Bella. He now joins his late family members: father Joe, brother David, paternal grandparents Preston and Jacqueline Lindley, maternal grandmother Etta Yates, and maternal grandparents Raymond and Glenda Dye, who preceded him.
Greg’s legacy is one of love, integrity, and dedication, and will be treasured by his family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to cross paths with him.
