Several agencies responded to a field and structure fire Tuesday located on Hwy. 641 in Marshall County. The area along U.S. 641 just south of Kentucky Dam Marina near the Sledd Creek Road intersection was blocked for approximately two hours yesterday afternoon.
According to Marshall County Emergency Management, agencies responding included Gilbertsville Fire, Grand Lakes Fire, East Marshall Fire, West Marshall Fire, South Marshall Fire, Benton Fire, Calvert City Fire, Possom Trot Fire, Palma Briensburg Fire, Fairdealing Olive Fire, Marshall County Sheriff’s Dept., Kentucky State Police, Marshall County EMS, Calvert Police, Kentucky Forestry, Marshall County Responders Support, Ledbetter Fire, Marshall County Rescue Squad, Marshall County EM, and Marshall County Dispatch with communications.
