On 10/08/2023, Edward Andes age 51 of Hopkinsville KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charge of Probation violation.
On 10/07/2023, Sharon Norton age 23 of Anna IL, was arrested following a traffic stop on a vehicle she was operating. Norton was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (Hydrocodone), possession of a controlled substance 2nd degree (prescription medication), Possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree (prescription medication), possession of drug paraphernalia, prescription not in proper container and other traffic offenses.
On 10/08/2023, Katherine Downing age 38 of Benton KY, was arrested following a traffic stop on the vehicle Downing was operating. Downing was charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (Methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and other traffic offenses.
On 10/05/2023, Sarah Susan age 39 of Hardin KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charge of Probation Violation.
On 10/06/2023, Bailey Scillion age 19 of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested and charged with assault 4th degree.
On 10/06/2023, Robbie Edmonds age 24 of Smithland KY, was arrested and charged with Fleeing and evading police 2nd degree when deputies responded to a complaint on Frontage Lane about Edmonds. When deputies arrived, Edmonds was spotted in a wood line. Edmonds turned and fled deputies on foot. Edmonds was located and taken into custody.
On 10/06/2023, Amy Stice age 41 of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, no insurance and several other traffic offenses. Stice was arrested following a traffic stop on the vehicle that she was operating. Inside the vehicle methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia was located. Once taken to the jail, Stice was found to have more methamphetamine located on her person was then charged with promoting contraband 1st degree.
