Traffic Stop Nets Wanted Paducah Man on Drug Charges

On August 4th, 2022, at approximately 8:15pm, A Deputy with the
McCracken County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Old
Mayfield Rd. near Rosewood Dr. The vehicle was a 2002 Ford pick-up
truck driven by 38-year-old William G. Farmer of Paducah, KY.

During the investigation, it was discovered that Farmer was in
possession of a quantity of Crystal Methamphetamine, a quantity of
Marijuana, and other items related to Drug Paraphernalia.

It was also confirmed that Farmer had two outstanding warrants for
his arrest out of McCracken County for Failing to Appear.

Thomas was arrested and transported to the McCracken County Regional
Jail where he was lodged.
