Murray State Racers Complete Perfect Bahamas Exhibition Series

(NASSAU, The Bahamas)-The Murray State Racers capped off their Bahamas Summer League appearance in dominant fashion Wednesday, routing the Calgary Dinos 93-55 at the Baha Mar Resort Convention Center. The decisive victory completed a perfect 3-0 exhibition series for the Racers as they build momentum toward the upcoming 2025-26 campaign.

Fred King delivered his second double-double performance of the tournament, recording 14 points and 11 rebounds while sharing team scoring honors with Javon Jackson, who also finished with 14 points. Mason Miller contributed 12 points and seven rebounds in the balanced offensive attack.

The Racers seized control early, building a 24-9 advantage with just over 10 minutes remaining in the opening half. Murray State then delivered the knockout punch with a devastating 17-2 run highlighted by consecutive three-pointers from Jackson and Brayden Shorter. The barrage extended the lead to 30 points at 41-11 with 6:04 left before intermission.

Murray State’s suffocating defense held Calgary to just 20 percent shooting from the field (6-of-30) in the first half, including a dismal 1-of-15 performance from beyond the arc. The Racers carried a commanding 51-21 lead into the locker room and never looked back.
