(BENTON, Ky.)-The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office has announced the addition of two experienced deputies to its ranks, bringing a combined 38 years of law enforcement expertise to the department.

Deputy Caleb Curtner, who previously served with the Benton Police Department, brings 18 years of law enforcement experience to his new role. Meanwhile, Deputy Greg Reynolds joins the team as a retired Paducah Police Department officer with 20 years of service under his belt.

The sheriff’s office expressed enthusiasm about the new hires, emphasizing that both deputies will contribute significantly not only to departmental operations but also to the broader Marshall County community.

“We look forward to the great addition they will make not just to the Department, but also to our community,” Sheriff Matt Hilbrecht stated in announcing the appointments.

The addition of these veteran officers comes as law enforcement agencies across the region continue to strengthen their personnel with experienced professionals who bring valuable knowledge and community connections to their new positions.
