(CALVERT CITY, Ky.)-The Lasdy Marshals Golf team has gotten off to an impressive start this season, competing in two tournaments over consecutive days with standout performances.
At the July 21st WBGIT tournament held at Bowling Green Country Club, the team secured third place overall. Senior Trinity Beth delivered an exceptional individual performance, claiming first place with a score of 69 after winning in a dramatic three-hole playoff.
The momentum continued the following day at the Lady Marshals Invitational at Calvert City Country Club, where the team captured first place. Beth once again dominated the individual competition, firing a tournament-low 67 to earn her second consecutive victory. Brooklyn Cunningham placed 5th with an 81, while CeCelia Ray shot an 83 for a 7th place finish.
The strong early-season results showcase both team depth and individual excellence, with Beth’s back-to-back tournament wins highlighting the new year.
