Work is between Covington and Dowdy Cemetery roads
PADUCAH, Ky. (July 14, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) Marshall County Highway Maintenance Crew plans to temporarily close a section of KY 1311/Slickback Road on Tuesday, July 15 and Wednesday, July 16, weather permitting.
A crew will replace cross drains along KY 1311/Slickback Road between Covington Road and Dowdy Cemetery Road, or between mile points 2 and 2.84.
The closure will be in place from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. each day.
Motorists are asked to self-detour.
