Marshall County Rescue Squad Launches Fundraising Campaign for Equipment Updates

(BENTON, Ky.) – The Marshall County Rescue Squad has announced a community fundraising initiative aimed at updating and maintaining critical emergency equipment to better serve local residents.

The rescue squad is seeking donations of $30 or more from community members within their protection area. Contributors will receive a complimentary 8×10 family portrait as a token of appreciation for their support.

Portrait sessions will be conducted at the Marshall County Rescue Squad headquarters located at 201 Ash Street in Benton. Donors will be contacted directly to schedule their photography appointments.

Chief Curt Curtner emphasized that authorized representatives from F and R Photography will be conducting door-to-door outreach for the campaign. These representatives will carry proper identification cards to verify their legitimacy.

“Your continued support and cooperation is needed and will be greatly appreciated,” Curtner stated in the announcement.

The fundraising effort comes as the rescue squad works to ensure their equipment remains current and reliable for emergency response situations throughout Marshall County.
