Three cross drain replacement projects planned over the next week
(PADUCAH, Ky.)–The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) Lyon County Highway Maintenance Crew plans to temporarily close sections of KY 819 between mile markers 0 and 8 for three separate projects scheduled over the coming week.
Crews will replace cross drains at the following locations (listed by project date, weather permitting):
- Wednesday, July 2: Road closure from mile point 7-8
- Thursday, July 3: Road closure from mile point 2-3
- Monday, July 7: Road closure from mile point 0-1
Work will begin each day at 7 a.m. and is expected to be completed by 3:30 p.m.
