On 06-27-2025 at 11:34 pm Deputy Caleb Cope with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Noble and Meredith Road on a 2009 Maroon Ford F-150 for rear license plate not illuminated. During the stop, the driver, Lucian Richardson, advised he had an illegal substance in his pocket. A search of Richardson’s person and vehicle was conducted, and a variety of drugs was located. On the person of Richardson was a baggy of marijuana and inside the vehicle was a plastic baggy consistent of methamphetamine as well as a variety of drug paraphernalia. Richardson’s license was also suspended at the time for a prior DUI offense.
Lucian Richardson, 56, of Paducah was arrested and transported to the McCracken County Regional Jail for the following:
*Rear license not illuminated
*Possession of Marijuana
*Possession of Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)
*Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Posses
*Driving DUI Suspended
