She was a member of New Zion Baptist Church in Marshall County, KY and also attended Pilot Oak Baptist Church. She worked at the Merit Clothing Company and retired from Cuba Elementary as a food service employee.
Mrs. Goodwin is survived by her daughter, Belinda (Kelvin) Howard of Tri-City, KY; her son, Allen (Lori) Goodwin of Pilot Oak, KY; one sister, Betty Lamb Fisk of Brewers, KY; two grandsons, Kyle M. Howard of Murray, KY and Taylor A. Goodwin of Pilot Oak, KY; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Edward Waldo Goodwin; two brothers, Taz H. Lamb and Charles Toy Thweatt; and her parents, Claude and Lois Elizabeth Rose Lamb.
Funeral services for Mrs. Rosemary Lamb Goodwin will be 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 8, 2025 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Rev. Rick Walker will officiate. Interment will follow at Pilot Oak Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Kelvin Howard, Kyle Howard, Taylor Goodwin, Rob Mattingly, Daniel Mattingly and Curt Lamb. Honorary pallbearers will be Mike Goodwin and Dale Goodwin.
Visitation will be 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 7, 2025 at the funeral home
