The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 11000 block of Blandville Road for a check welfare at 3:58 pm. Deputies were advised a female was inside a company vehicle and refused to get out after being terminated.
On arrival, deputies met 34 year old Stormie Logdson, seated in the driver seat of the company vehicle. Logsdon was advised by deputies, and two supervisors on scene from the company, that she was terminated. Logsdon refused to exit the vehicle and/or give the company phone back.
Logsdon was ultimately removed from the vehicle by deputies and taken into custody. During search incident to arrest, a plastic baggie was located in her coat pocket. Deputies field tested the baggie and it showed traces of methamphetamine.
Logsdon was taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail and charged with –
- Resisting Arrest
- Disorderly Conduct 2nd Degree
- Public Intoxication
- Possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (Methamphetamine)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
