
Over the past week, detectives arrested three people during a drug investigation in McCracken County, KY.
The investigation began when detectives received information alleging that 47-year-old Zeth Kovein was selling Crystal Methamphetamine.
As part of a covert investigation, detectives utilized a cooperating source to contact Kovein on 09/25/24. Kovein agreed to sell an ounce of Methamphetamine, stating that he would have it dropped off a residence located at 3409 Hovekamp Road in McCracken County. The cooperating source contacted 60-year-old Billy Cutrer who lived at the residence and purchased one ounce of Methamphetamine from him.
The investigation revealed that a female, Kendal Terry, would be arriving later to pick up the money and take it to Kovein. Through surveillance detectives observed Terry leaving the area of the residence and conducted a traffic stop on her vehicle. During the stop, detectives located the money used to purchase the Methamphetamine and arrested Terry.
On 09/25/24 detectives located and arrested Billy Cutrer at 3409 Hovekamp Road in McCracken County. A search warrant was also executed at the residence. During the search, detectives located and seized additional Methamphetamine, Marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
On 09/26/24 detectives with the Graves County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the investigation and arrested Zeth Kovein on an outstanding McCracken County warrant for conspiracy to trafficking in Methamphetamine at his residence in Mayfield, KY. Kovein was found in possession of additional Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
All three individuals were lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.

Charges: Trafficking in Methamphetamine 2nd or subsequent offense
Arrested: Billy Cutrer 60, of Hovekamp Road (McCracken County)
Charges: Trafficking in Methamphetamine, possession of Methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia
Arrested: Zeth Kovein 47, of Mayfield, KY
Charges: Conspiracy to trafficking in Methamphetamine, possession of Methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia
