On July 22, 2024, at approximately 10:00pm deputies conducted a traffic stop on Hwy 121S. The passenger, Joshua Colson, was found to possess illicit drugs.
Colson was found guilty of possession of methamphetamine for the first time in 2020; and again in 2023. He was still under supervised probation at the time of his arrest that had been revoked for violating the conditions. Colson was lodged at the Calloway County Detention Facility.
