Paducah Man Arrested After Fleeing Police in a Vehicle & On Foot.

Deputy Brendan Weldon attempted to conduct a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle in the area of Goodman Street & S. 28th Street.

The vehicle failed to stop and continued down Goodman Street. The vehicle traveled through the residential neighborhood for a short time and ultimately stopped in the front yard of a residence on Schneidman Road.

The operator and sole occupant of the vehicle, later identified as Christopher Burrow (39) of Paducah, fled from the vehicle on foot. A short time later, Burrow was located in the area and taken into custody without incident. We were assisted in the search by the Paducah Police Department.

Christopher Burrow was lodged at McCracken County Regional Jail on the below listed charges:

Possession of Controlled Substance (Cocaine)

Possession of Marijuana

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Speeding 26+ MPH over Speed Limit

Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol
