Mrs. Martha Lynn Brewer Puckett Delk age 91 of Mayfield passed away at 9:50 AM Friday April 5, 2024 at the Mills Health & Rehab in Mayfield. She was a member of the Northside Church of Christ, retired Clerical worker for AT&T, 1951 graduate from Mayfield High School, former Cheerleader for Mayfield High School. She loved and enjoyed being involved with her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and her church.
Lynn is survived by 3 daughters- Gayna (Rickie) Taylor of Mayfield, Lisa Couch of Columbia, TN, Beth (Randy) Sullivan of Mayfield, 5 sons- Eddie (Dolly) Puckett of Wingo, Jeffrey (Kimberly) Puckett of Paducah, Gregory (Cindy) Puckett of Mayfield, Mark (Christy) Puckett of Cuba, Jim Keith Puckett of Murray, 1 brother- Charles Brewer of Mayfield, 3 step daughters- Debbie (Dale) Smith, Pam Weaks and Missy Harrison all of Mayfield, 2 step sons- Alfred (Valerie) Delk Jr. of Murray, Terry (Brenda) Delk of Mayfield, 1 brother-in-law- Larry Thompson, 25 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and loved by many nieces & nephews.
Lynn was preceded in death by 1st husband- Jimmy Brooks Puckett, 2nd husband Alfred Delk Sr., parents- Raymond and Verdell Byars Brewer, son-in-law- Kerry Couch, 3 sisters- Anna Lou Spangler, Harriet Dean Wyatt and Jean Ellen Thompson.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday April 9, 2024 at the Northside Church of Christ in Mayfield with Bro. Chris Kemp officiating, burial will follow in the Highland Park Cemetery, visitation will be from10:00 AM till 2:00 PM Tuesday at the Northside Church of Christ. Pallbearers will be Eddie Puckett, Jeffrey Puckett, Gregory Puckett, Mark Puckett, Jim Keith Puckett and Andrew Taylor. Honorary pallbearers will be the Elders of Northside Church of Christ.
