Lane restriction for parking lot entrance repairs
PADUCAH, Ky. (February 9, 2024) – A contractor plans a work zone lane restriction along the Interstate 24 Downtown Business Loop/South Third Street in Paducah starting Tuesday, February, 13, 2024.
Under a permit issued by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC), Harper Construction plans a work zone lane restriction along the northbound one-way section of South Third Street to allow concrete work at an existing parking lot entrance.
All traffic will move to the right lane at the site in the 100 Block of North Third Street one-way section.
Appropriate caution is required where equipment, flaggers, and construction personnel are along the roadway in close proximity to traffic flow.
The work is expected to take about four days to complete, weather permitting.
