Garry Wayne Henson, age 68 of Benton, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at Mercy Health – Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky.
Born May 15, 1955 in Murray, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Joe Lawrence Henson and the late Ruby Pearl Nanney Henson. Garry was the former owner of Country Crossroads Restaurant in Hardin, Kentucky
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Henson of Benton, Kentucky; two sons, Tracy Henson (Lori) of Benton, Kentucky and Tony Henson of Benton, Kentucky; two brothers, Jimmy Henson (Paula) of Benton, Kentucky and Danny Henson of Benton, KY; a sister-in-law: Betty Henson of Hardin, KY, and two grandchildren, Bo Henson and Bella Henson of Benton, Kentucky.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Bobby Henson of Hardin, Kentucky.
A private graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2023 with Rev. Todd Dotson officiating.
