All motor vehicle licensing will be put on ice for the first couple of weeks in January as the state upgrades it’s computer system. Marshall County Clerk Chrissy Greer joined us recently on WCBL’s Coffee Call program. She says all functions related to registrations and collecting taxes will be unavailable after the new year until Tuesday, January 16th. Greer says the clerk’s office will be unable to perform any transactions related to vehicles, boats and trailers. However, she says other functions such as land records, searches, voter registration, marriage licenses, etc will continue. For any questions call the clerk’s office at 270-527-4743 or go to the Marshall County Clerk’s Office Facebook page.
