On Oct 22, 2023, at approximately 1:30pm deputies made contact with the below listed individual in New Concord in reference to an out of state warrant for her arrest. During the interaction she stated multiple times that she was an undercover federal agent. This is a Class D felony. It was determined that she was not. She was lodged at the Calloway County Detention Center on the below listed charges.
