Marshall County’s Waste Tire Collection Event will be November 2, 3 & 4 at the State Hwy Department located at 202 East 4th Street in Benton. Tires will be accepted on or off the rim. Tim Chiles and Jeremy Perrin of the Marshall County Refuse Department joined us on WCBL’s Coffee Call program. He says Thursday & Friday hours are from 8 to 3 and Saturday 8 ’til noon. Chiles says this is open to all Marshall County residents as well as any Kentucky resident. But he says tire retailers, scrap & salvage yards and recycle businesses are prohibited from participating.
