Mr. David Q. Smith, 53, of Murray, passed away on Monday, October 2, 2023 at Murray Calloway County Hospital.
David was born on November 17, 1969 in New York, New York to the late James P Smith and Helen Strowd. David enjoyed his music and spending time with his family and friends. He will be dearly missed.
He is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Julius Smith, James Smith and his grandmother, Mary Kay Strowd.
Those left to cherish his memory include his fiancé’, Natalie Mitchell of Murray; a son, Daquan Smith of Murray; daughters, Quasia Walker of GA, Derryauna Hudspeth of Murray; a sister, Jean Smith of Murray; one grandchild and a host of nieces and nephews.
His family welcomes visitors from 5 pm – 7 pm on Friday, October 6, 2023 at Imes Funeral Home & Crematory, downtown Murray.
