On Monday, September 25, 2023, just after 5:00PM, detectives with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office arranged to purchase a quantity of Crystal Methamphetamine from 35-year-old Anthony J. McIntosh. McIntosh directed detectives to 2501 Kentucky Avenue in Paducah. Detectives located McIntosh on the parking lot and took him into custody. During the arrest detectives located the Methamphetamine that McIntosh had agreed to sell inside his jacket pocket.
McIntosh was arrested and lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.
At the time of this incident, McIntosh was out on bond for unrelated Methamphetamine offenses and scheduled to be sentenced in October 2023 in McCracken County Circuit Court.

Charges: Trafficking in Methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia
