LYON COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE MEDIA RELEASE
⦁ On Monday, May 22nd, 2023, around 10:30pm, Deputy David Carroll responded to a single vehicle collision approximately 8 miles South of Eddyville on Friendship Road. His investigation revealed a 2017 Jeep Renegade, driven by Kyle Christensen (17) of Eddyville, was West bound when he lost control of the vehicle and left the roadway before colliding with a guard rail and sign at the intersection of Friendship Road and Elwood Road. There were no injuries reported in the collision; however, the vehicle sustained significant damage.
⦁ On Thursday, May 25th, 2023, around 8:05am, Chief Deputy Sam Adams responded to a collision incident on Days Inn Drive in Kuttawa. His investigation revealed a 2018 Ford F250 with a large 42 ft. RV camper in tow, was being driven by Kelley Ketzenberger (43) of Bountville, TN, when the operator misjudged the clearance of an overhead canopy and collided with it in front of the Hampton Inn. There were no injuries reported in the collision; however, both the canopy and RV were damaged.
⦁ On Thursday, May 25th, 2023, around 10:40am, Deputy Lori Francis served a Pulaski Circuit Court Indictment Warrant on Nancy Crout (41) of Nicholasville. She was charged with Enhanced Trafficking in a Controlled Substance-1st Degree (2 counts), Enhanced Trafficking in a Controlled Substance-2nd Degree, Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon, and Persistent Felony Offender-1st Degree. Crout is lodged in the Ross-Cash Correctional Complex until being extradited to Pulaski County.
⦁ On Friday, May 26th, 2023, around 9:20pm, Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a Kuttawa business for a reported fight in progress. Upon arrival, Deputy Aaron O’Leary and Deputy Danny Collings arrested two subjects and charged both with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place-1st Offense; this being Jonathan Riley (47) of Benton and William Thomas (52) of Kuttawa. Both were lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
⦁ On Monday, May 29th, 2023, around 11:45am, Deputy Danny Collings arrested Raymundo S. Guzman (45) of Georgetown, FL. Guzman was served two Lyon Circuit Court Bench Warrants for Felony Probation Violations as it pertained to Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration and Shock Probation Violations in Felony Convictions. He was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
