Two Men Arrested Following Execution of Search Warrant

The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office arrested two Paducah men
following the execution of a search warrant.

On 01/12/2023 Detectives with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office
executed a search warrant in the 1100 block of Northview Drive in
Paducah, KY pursuant to an illegal drug investigation. During the
execution of the warrant, Detectives located crack cocaine, marijuana,
and items of drug paraphernalia inside the residence.

The resident, Cedrek J. Pipes, and Lamar J. Tate were both arrested
following the execution of the search warrant. Both Pipes and Tate
were taken to the McCracken County Jail where they were lodged.

ARRESTED: Cedrek J. Pipes, 33, of Paducah, KY                                                   

CHARGES: Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense
(Cocaine)// Possession of Marijuana// Drug Paraphernalia (Buy/Possess)

ARRESTED: Lamar J. Tate, 36, of Paducah, KY

CHARGES: Possession of Marijuana// Drug Paraphernalia
(Buy/Possess)// Failure to Appear Warrant out of Graves County, KY// 
Indictment Warrant out of Butler County, KY
