Calvert City Pickleball Continues Growing Medal Count

Calvert City Pickleball players traveled to Owensboro, Ky. to participate in the River City Open on November 4-6. With 271 entries over three days playing on 14 courts, 24 players from far Western Kentucky brought home 22 medals. Calvert City players collected 14 of the 22 medals; 6 Gold, 6 Silver and 2 Bronze medals. Some of the events had as many as 21 teams participating. This tournament was held at the Merchant Centre Court indoor facility and hosted by Pro Player Altaf Merchant who offered a clinic on Thursday.
