Drug Trafficking Arrest

On Monday, September 12th at approximately 9:45 AM, deputies with the Graves County Sheriff’s Office, Troopers with the Kentucky State Police and Officers from Kentucky Probation and Parole attempted to serve a felony probation violation arrest warrant on Stevie Harpole, 39, in the Dublin area of Graves County. While taking Harpole into custody, illegal controlled substances were located inside the residence. A search of the residence yielded approximately 23 grams of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia that is associated with trafficking illegal controlled substances. Deputies also located small bottles of urine that were suspected to be used to pass drug screens that Harpole has to perform while on probation.
Jessica A. Lambert, 39-year-old of Mayfield, was also present at the residence.
Harpole was arrested for the probation violation warrant and other charges to include Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Trafficking in a Control Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense Over Two Grams (Methamphetamine) and Criminal Simulation 1st Degree.
Jessica A. Lambert, 39 of Mayfield, was also in the home and was charged with Possession of Marijuana
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Trafficking in Control Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense Over 2 Grams (Methamphetamine).
