Carla Ann Logan, age 65, of Kevil, Kentucky, passed away at 8:29 P.M. Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at Mercy Health Lourdes.
Carla was born in Paducah on Monday, October 15, 1956 to Tom and Rebecca Pickins. She possessed a beautiful simplicity that was evident in her surroundings. She used her artistic abilities in a simple and graceful way, that was a style uniquely Carla. She was also gifted at poetry, she laughingly signed them “Cornball”. Many that knew her will attest to the fact that she gave new meaning to the word tenacious. She must have owned the highest heels in the world, because when she dug them in, they weren’t coming out. Blessed with a servant’s heart, the evidence was in Carla’s capacity as a hostess. One could always experience her attentiveness to her guests. Carla did love her some Elvis, and now in the arms of Jesus, she gets to experience the most tender love of all.
Carla…bright and tenacious, poetic and true, simple and elegant. Things we love about you.

Mrs. Logan is survived by her husband of 30 years, Mike Logan; her daughter Candice Kelly (Kevin) of Paducah; her sister, Jill Jurkovich of Atlanta, Georgia; her brother, Dave Pickins (Sue) of Orlando, Florida; her grandson, Michael Austin Nickins.
Mrs. Logan was preceded in death by her parents, Tom Pickins and Rebecca Franklin Rose.
