Dennis was born Saturday, May 10th,1947 to Frank and Wilma (Day) Marsili in Baltimore, MD. He was a 1965 graduate of Lynch Kentucky High School,
After high school, Dennis enlisted in the Air Force, where He served for six years. He married the love of his life Margaret (Feeley) Marsili on October 29th, 1972 in Del Rio, TX. together they had 3 children: Lee, Wilma, and Tony. They made their home in Lynch Ky where he started his carrier as a coal miner. later moving back to Dawson Springs, KY. Dennis enjoyed his days in the mines where he was an electrician in the maintenance dept. until he retired in 1999. Post-retirement he began working at Sportsmen lodge. When Dennis wasn’t working you could find him having coffee with his buddies on the docks or out fishing. Dennis was an avid fisherman and spent many weekends fishing in tournaments on Kentucky Lake and Lake Barkley.
