Thelma JoAnn Fay, 72, of Paducah passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022 at Baptist Health Paducah.
Thelma was retired from the admissions department at Baptist Health Paducah. She was of the Christian Faith. She enjoyed crocheting, coloring pictures, and was an avid reader.
Surviving is one stepson, Randy (Gwinda) Fay of Hickory; two sisters, Helen Wheat and Pamela Harris both of Reidland.; five grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Fay; her parents, Roy and Josephine Thurby; three children, Ronnie Fay, Rocky Fay, and Chris Fay; and one brother, Harry Donivan Thurby.
She will be cremated per her wishes and no services will be held.
