Stanley Eugene Martin, 56, passed away on Monday, December 20, 2021 at Baptist Health Paducah.
Mr. Martin was a member of Emmanuel Holiness Church. He worked for Pepsi Cola for a time and later was employed at A & K Construction. Stan was said to be a quiet, easy going, and a really good person. He loved woodworking and declapage. He was a cat lover and loved having discussions about the Civil War.
Mr. Martin is survived by his wife, Carla Gail (Womble) Martin; his daughter, Kandace (William) Downing of Jay, Oklahoma; his sons, Dakota Eugene Martin of Mayfield and Dustin Thomas Martin of Mayfield; one brother, Steven (Kathryn) Martin of Kansas, Oklahoma; and two grandchildren, Weilon Downing and Haley Downing.
Mr. Martin was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Leona (Atterberry) Martin.
Funeral services will be held at Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home on Monday, December 27, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. with Bro. Eugene Burnett officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Holiness Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M – 8:00 P.M. on Sunday, December 26, 2021 at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home.
