I am thrilled to announce that I will be seeking re-election for Marshall County Attorney in 2022. My commitment four years ago to serve full time (without a private practice) and to tighten our belts has created a budget savings of approximately $240,000.00 to date. Also, a recent appeal I successfully prosecuted directly resulted in well over $300,000.00 in savings to Marshall County taxpayers. By this time next year, my office will have saved you, the taxpayer, approximately $600,000.00 overall, while still being available 27/7/365 to law enforcement and first reponder agencies.
In addition, I was also honored earlier this year when our Attorney General, Daniel Cameron, presented me with the County Attorney of the Year Award. I am very proud of these achievements (and others) that we have made as an office during the past three years and look forward to many more great things in the future.
Mr. Bill Morgan has once again agreed to serve as campaign manager and I am grateful to have is support and counsel. I would like to thank the voters once again for your overwhelming support in 2018 and beyond, and humbly ask for your continued support in 2022.
