Mr. Tim L. Burnett, age 58, of Mayfield passed away on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.
He was of the Baptist Faith.
Mr. Burnett is survived by his parents, Carlos and Anna Burnett of Mayfield, KY; one son, Austin Kyle Burnett of Paducah, KY; one sister, Shana (Randy) Story of Mayfield, KY; and two grandchildren, Isabella Nicole Burnett and Sophia Grace Burnett.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Ball Burnett and two sons, Dustin Aaron Burnett and Ryan Alexander Burnett.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
