Mrs. Betty Ann Smith, age 81 of Calvert City, KY passed away Thursday, March 25, 2021, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She was a homemaker and member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.
Born Thursday, September 14, 1939 in Marshall Co, KY, she was the daughter of the late Robert West and Ivy (Joyce) Baize.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Harry Allen Smith of Calvert City, KY, daughters, Karen Kissiar, husband Doug of Benton, KY, Debbie Stevenson, husband (Wiggles) of Calvert City, KY, son, Robert Smith of Eddyville, KY, sister, Melva Lee Perry of Calvert City, KY, 13 grandchildren, Robin Stevenson, wife Bettina, Crystal Stevenson, Misty Welch, husband Eric, Steve Kissiar, Shane Kissiar, Anthony Wallace, wife Rachel, Nichole Wallace, Briana Smith, Faith Smith, Jennifer Smith, Rexton Smith and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Keith Smith, brother, Billy West, and grandchild, Bobby Miller.
Funeral services will be held Monday, March 29, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Collier Funeral Home, Benton, KY. Rev. Stephen Kirk and Rev. Doug Sanders will officiate.
Interment will follow the service in the Haymes Cemetery.
Visitation will be held between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 29, 2021 at Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th St., Benton, KY 42025.
