Deborah Riley, 64

Mrs. Deborah Ann (Caldwell) Riley was born August 27th, 1956 in Paducah KY. She was the oldest daughter of Charles and Martha (Smith) Caldwell of Kevil, KY, formerly of Monteagle, TN.

Debbie married her soulmate and best friend, James Wilson Riley, on January 17th, 1975. They shared 46 wonderful years of marriage. It was by his side she passed peacefully on January 3rd, 2021.

Debbie and Jimmy built a life they loved in Benton, KY with their five daughters.

Debbie was a homemaker of the Baptist Faith and a member of Walnut St. Baptist Church. She was a very talented crafter who had an eye to see the beauty and good in all things.

She cared deeply, was empathetic, spontaneous, and the most compassionate listener. She loved with her whole heart. Debbie was a loyal wife, mother and nana
to her family.

Her memory will live on forever in the hearts of the ones who were blessed to have know her. This is not goodbye; this is until we meet again.

Debbie is survived by her husband James; her daughters: Kimberly Ann (Seth) Story of Briensburg, Kelly Renee (Brett) McLean of Calvert City and Kandace Gail Riley of Benton; her grandchildren : Brooke and Leah Story, Breanna McPherson and Collin McLean; her siblings Linda Kight and Steve Caldwell, both of Kevil.

Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Martha; her daughters Karla Kay, and Lisa Renee, and her grandchildren, Abbigail and Derek Bohannon, as well as her brother, Chuck Caldwell.
