John Miller and Tim Chiles from the Marshall County Refuse Department joined us recently on WCBL’s Coffee Call program. The refuse center stopped accepting tires September 1, but coming up December 3, 4 and 5 they will having a special 3-day Tire Amnesty event to accept your tires. Thursday and Friday from 8 until 3 and Saturday from 8 until noon. You can bring as many tires as you want, but there are some restrictions on the specific tires you can bring. The Marshall County Recycling and Refuse Center is located on Benton-Briensburg Road (Dump Road) and if you need more information check out the Marshall County Recycling Facebook page or call 270-527-8437.
