Dennis Holland Walsh, 73, of Paducah, Kentucky passed away at 4:10 a.m. Thursday, September 26, 2019 at his residence. He was born in Savannah, Georgia. Dennis was retired owner and operator of Roth’s Department Store. He attended Reidland United Methodist Church. Dennis served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Martha Carrie Atkins Walsh; daughters, Emily Cecile Walsh Martin and husband Greg and Kate Morgan Walsh all of Boston, Massachusetts;… brother, Emmet Walsh and wife Cathy of Atlanta, Georgia; granddaughter, Margot Cecile Correira of Boston, Massachusetts and several nieces and nephews.
Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony Walsh and Mary Cecile Holland Walsh and four brothers.
Memorial services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, October 5, 2019 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Paducah with Rev. Joe Hanson and Rev. David Garrett officiating.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 5, 2019 at the funeral home.
