The Lady Eagles won five straight matches to win the Region 1 All ‘A’ Tournament held at the Plex in Paducah. Their wins all came in two sets over their opponents, not losing a single set in the tournament, beating St. Mary, Murray, Mayfield, Ballard and CCA in the championship game.
Through the five tournament games, Abigail Cima led in kills with 47, Cima and Lexi Hovekamp in aces with 10 each, Emma Alexander led in assists with 43 and Hovekamp had eight blocks.
