Who Festival celebrates local wildlife, heritage and the outdoors

The first ever Who Festival was held Friday and Saturday at Mike Miller Park in Draffenville, celebrating the local outdoor legacy that is unique to our area. The event was hosted by several groups including The Friends of Clarks River, Marshall County Fiscal Court, Mike Miller Park, CFSB, Kentucky Lake Convention and Visitors Bureau, Kentucky Lake Chamber of Commerce, Murray State University plus many more sponsors that made this event possible.

The park was full of nearly 50 activities that began on Friday and continued throughout the day Saturday, something for everyone to celebrate our great local heritage. Door prizes were drawn throughout the day and a ribbon cutting ceremony was held to open the new bike trail with Judge Executive Kevin Neal, Park Superintendent Dennis Foust, park employees and members of the Marshall County High School Mountain Bike Team.
