Paving work under way in Hardin

Kentucky Cabinet of Transportation crews work Tuesday near the intersection of Hwy. 641 and Brewers Highway.

Asphalt paving work has begun on Brewers Highway in Hardin.

According to a Kentucky Cabinet of Transportation news release last week, work was expected to begin Monday, Sept. 28 and take about 10 days to complete. The work will extend just shy of 10 miles from the Ky. Highway 58 intersection at the 0 mile point east to the Clarks River Bridge.

Drivers should be prepared to encounter one-lane traffic controlled by flaggers in the area during the day. KYTC asks motorists to use appropriate caution where flaggers, maintenance personnel and equipment are present.
