The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to restrict traffic to one lane Tuesday, Aug. 8 on U.S. Highway 62 near the Possum Trot community in Marshall County.
U.S. 62 will be restricted to one lane to allow deck patching on the Little Cypress Creek Bridge at milepoint 2.475 between Reidland and Calvert City, just west of Possum Trot.
Work at this site is expected to start about 8 a.m. The work zone is expected to remain in place until about 3 p.m. on Tuesday.
Motorists should be alert for one lane traffic with alternating flow controlled by flaggers. Appropriate caution is required where equipment, flaggers and maintenance personnel are along the roadway in close proximity to traffic flow.
