Kirsten Walker signs with Freed-Hardeman track program

Kirsten was joined at her signing by her parents Shanda Walker and John Walker and other family members.

DRAFFENVILLE – Kirsten Walker signed on Tuesday at Marshall County High School to continue her track and field career at Freed-Hardeman University. Kirsten if a five-year member of the track team and was regional runner-up this past year in the shot put and competed at the KHSAA State Track and Field Championships in that event.

Kirsten is currently ranked second in the region in the shot put and is looking to return to the state meet again this year.

Kirsten is the daughter of John and Shanda Walker.

Joining Kirsten at her signing were family members, members of the track and volleyball teams and friends.
