The owners of the Draffenville Ponderosa have announced they are opening a second location in the former Southern Pride Restaurant location off Exit 16 in Reidland.
According to the Draffenville Ponderosa’s Facebook account, Ponderosa Owner Melissa Hale announced the second location will be opening up in mid to late July.
The new owner took possession of the building one day after Southern Pride closed.
Most, if not all of the interior of the building has been gutted and is in the process of being remodeled.
Applications are currently being accepted at the Draffenville Ponderosa location on US 68/641.
