Kevin J. Eaves, 39, of 453 East 10th Avenue, Calvert City was arrested on March 14, 2016 by Officer Matthew Humble for DUI 2nd offense. He was also charged with leaving the scene of an accident - failure to render aid or assistance. George G. Smith, 53, of 137 Foley Road, Grand Rivers was arrested on March 16, 2016 by Officer Mike Canon for DUI 1st offense. He was also charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, no registration plates, no registration receipt, and failure to produce insurance card. He was also served a Carlisle County warrant for improper equipment and a Ballard County warrant for failure to produce insurance card. Roderick D. Saxton, 32, of 943 Walnut Street, Calvert City was arrested on March 18, 2016 by Officer Wes Babcock on a Graves County warrant for flagrant non support.
