Sharpe Calvert City Homemakers provide Thanksgiving for two families

The members of Sharpe Marshall County Homemakers have been busy!  With help from the Sharpe/Calvert Family Resource Center, the club was able to adopt two families for Thanksgiving.  Items for a Thanksgiving meal were donated by the club members to ensure these families have a meal for the holiday.

The club strives to be involved with the community as much as possible.  Current projects such as Bags of Love, cards for the Hugs Project of West Kentucky, and donations to Marshall County Needline each month, are in full swing.  The club is also collecting plastic bottle caps, can tabs, old cell phones, magazines and glasses for other ways to help our community.
