Calvert City United Methodist launches fundraising project for Calvert/Sharpe Family Resource Center Christmas Project

The first Thursday in November each year the Calvert City United Methodist Church hosts a spaghetti dinner as a fundraiser for the Calvert/Sharpe Family Resource Center Christmas Project. Like many events in this pandemic year, they have been forced to find other avenues to raise the funds for the Christmas assistance they provide which they feel will be greater this year due to the pandemic.  The Center normally provides clothes and toys for each child requesting assistance.

Calvert City United Methodist Church has launched a gofundme charity page to help meet these needs and raise money for the Calvert/Sharpe Family Resource Center Christmas Project 2020.  Their goal is to raise $5,000 and invite individuals and businesses to give generously to this worthwhile cause. One hundred percent of the donations will be to the center.
