(BENTON, KY)-CFSB has promoted Sam Gold to the Relationship Banking (RB) Team Leader role at the Draffenville Banking Center. Gold began his career at CFSB as a Floating Teller in December 2016. After graduating from Murray State University in December 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, he became a Full-Time Teller. He has continued his financial education and leadership training moving through the tiers of CFSB’s Relationship Banking. CFSB President Jason Jones said, “Sam is exactly what we look for when hiring for our team. He is prompt, well-spoken, courteous and strives to learn.”
Sam volunteers at Marcella’s Kitchen and is a member of First Missionary Baptist Church in Benton. He is married to Allie Gold. They have a one year old German Shepherd, Nala. In his spare time, they like to play golf and go on walks with Nala. Gold said of this promotion, “I’m excited for this amazing opportunity and can’t wait to see where God leads this banking center.”
