On October 8, 2020, at approximately 5:00 a.m., Deputies with the Calloway County Sheriff’s Office and personnel from Murray-Calloway County Emergency Medical Services responded to Victory Lane in Calloway County for a report of an unresponsive person found outside a business. Upon their arrival, they located a male unresponsive next to a dumpster.
Kori P. Mohler, age 29, of Murray, Kentucky was pronounced dead at the scene at 6:30 a.m. by Calloway County Coroner Ricky Garland. No foul play is suspected in Mr. Mohler’s death.
An autopsy was done in the Madisonville Medical Examiner’s Office today. The results of that autopsy are pending. The investigation is ongoing by both the Calloway County Sheriff’s Office and the Calloway County Coroner’s Office.
